I wanted to let you know my 1995 BMW convertible was delivered to my father first thing Sunday morning - 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. The entire process from when I first researched Pride Auto Transport on the internet until the car was delivered half-way across the country took six days! As I had mentioned, I originally tried to get my car delivered with another firm and after almost a full month of waiting, I switched to Pride Auto transport! With out a doubt, I would use you or recommend Pride Auto Transport to anyone needing to transport an automobile. By the way, the driver was very professional, friendly, timely, and helpful. Just wanted to followup with you regarding our transport.
As you know my husband Terry and I decided to ship our Nissan to Phoenix, AZ.
Unfortunately the snow storm started about one hour before the driver showed up to load the vehicle.
He promised to take good care of the vehicle and to get it there as quickly as possible.
I must admit I was somewhat surprised that it took 10 days to arrive but you did say 7-10 days, just in case of bad weather.
We really do appreciate your taking the time to keep us posted on the progress and would definitely use your service again.

Just wanted to let you know that the Khia arrived.
You may recall that we were shipping from our home in N.C. to our son's home in Phx,AZ.
My only "complaint" if you would call it one, we were told to expect 7-10 days on transport.
The vehicle arrived in only 4 days.
Guess we should have checked our messages for the 3 your driver left along the way telling us.
